BUYER: Real or legal person who makes purchases from this website (hereinafter referred to as "BUYER")
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale of digital software/products, the qualities and sales price of which are ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website.
The purchased software/script is delivered as a downloadable link to the e-mail address specified by the BUYER or to the on-site customer panel following the confirmation of the payment. Physical cargo is not sent.
In accordance with paragraph (ğ) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502; THERE IS NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL in "contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer".
Since the BUYER has direct access to the source codes of the software he purchased, he CANNOT REQUEST A REFUND OR CANCELLATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES after the product is delivered (after the download link is sent). BUYER is deemed to have accepted this issue in advance by placing an order.
All copyrights of the purchased software belong to the SELLER. BUYER licenses the software he purchases only for his own use (or for one domain). Unauthorized copying, distribution, sale of the software or disclosure of source codes is prohibited. If detected, legal action will be taken and the BUYER's membership will be cancelled.
