CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

Products purchased through Byte Yazılım have the status of "Digital Downloadable Product".

1. THERE IS NO RIGHT OF RETURN

PHP scripts, themes and software offered for sale are products that can be copied and reproduced by nature. For this reason, once the product is delivered (granting permission to download the file), no refund can be made, no refund can be requested.

2. EXCEPTIONAL CASES

Return or exchange can only be considered in the following cases:

• If the basic functions of the purchased software specified in the product description do not work 100% (except for server-related problems) and the SELLER cannot fix this problem within 7 business days,
• If the product delivery could not be made at all due to a system error.

3. DISCLAIMER

The BUYER is obliged to examine the server requirements (PHP version, IonCube, etc.) of the software he will purchase. No refund will be made for problems caused by server incompatibility, misuse or lack of code knowledge of the BUYER. Support service only covers the initial installation of the software and errors, and does not cover special development requests.
